How do I reserve my event date?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Dates are not guaranteed until the retainer has been received.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for all bookings. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends, holidays, and school vacation periods.

What time do you set up and collect the equipment?

Most setups are completed around 3:00 PM on the day of your event. Collection typically occurs the following day around 12:00 PM. Exact times may vary slightly based on scheduling and location.

Can the sleepover setups be used outdoors?

No. All sleepover equipment and décor must remain indoors at all times in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
