Our sleepovers are designed to be more than a few tents and blankets. Each experience is thoughtfully styled around your occasion, theme, color palette and vision to create a setting that feels personal, cozy and special.

From birthdays and slumber parties to girls' nights, movie nights, holiday celebrations and special sleepover gatherings, we'll create a coordinated setup your guests will love.

Choose from a variety of themes, colors and styling details to create a sleepover experience that feels completely your own. Whether you prefer something soft and dreamy, colorful and playful, or simple and elegant, we'll bring your vision to life.

How It Works

1. Select your preferred date, event location, theme or color palette and estimated guest count.

2. We'll confirm that your space can safely and comfortably accommodate the selected setup.

3. We design and prepare the tents, bedding, décor and personalized details for your celebration.

4. We deliver and completely style your Luxury Sleepover Experience before your scheduled event time.

5. Guests arrive to a cozy sleepover that's ready for you and them to enjoy.

6. We return the following day for breakdown and pickup—no folding tents, packing bedding or cleaning up décor when the celebration is over.

Guest Count Policy

Pricing is based on the guest count provided at booking. Any changes must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.

If your guest count increases or decreases, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the final number of guests. Additional sleepover setups are subject to inventory, available setup space and the selected theme or package. The final balance will be based on the confirmed guest count.

Important Details

Sleepover experiences require a clean, dry and adequately sized setup area. Setups may be hosted in bedrooms, living rooms, finished basements, playrooms and other approved indoor spaces.

Sleepover setups are intended for indoor use only unless otherwise approved in advance. The setup area must be free of excessive moisture, sharp objects, open flames, pets and other conditions that may damage the rental items or create an unsafe environment.

Food, cake and beverages are not included in the standard sleepover experience and may be provided by the client. Additional trays, snack setups or serving décor may be available as an add-on when arranged in advance.

Lia Ever After LLC provides the tents, bedding, mattresses or sleeping surfaces, décor, styling, delivery, setup and breakdown included in your selected package. Specific tent styles, bedding options and décor details are subject to availability and may vary based on the selected theme.

Travel within 20 miles of Wallingford, Connecticut is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside our included service area.

A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
