A Picnic Styled Just for You

Our picnics are designed to be more than a table and a few pillows. Each experience is thoughtfully styled around your occasion, color palette and vision to create a setting that feels personal and special.

From birthdays and bridal showers to baby showers, date nights, girls' days, graduations and intimate celebrations, we'll create a coordinated tablescape that brings your vision to life.

Prefer traditional seating? Ask about our standard-height table and chair setup option, available for larger gatherings or guests who prefer a conventional dining arrangement. Standard-height setups are subject to availability, guest count and available setup space.

How It Works

1. Select your preferred date, event location, setup style, theme or color palette and estimated guest count.

2. We'll confirm that your space can safely and comfortably accommodate the selected setup.

3. We design and prepare the details for your celebration.

4. We deliver and completely style your Luxury Picnic Experience before your scheduled event time.

5. You arrive to a celebration that's ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

6. We return for breakdown and pickup—no packing up tables, décor or place settings when the celebration is over.

Guest Count Policy

Pricing is based on the guest count provided at booking. Any changes must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.

If your guest count increases or decreases, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the final number of guests. Additional guest setups are subject to inventory and available setup space. The final balance will be based on the confirmed guest count.

Important Details

Picnic experiences require a safe, level and adequately sized setup area. Picnics may be hosted in backyards, patios, indoor spaces and other approved locations.

Outdoor experiences are weather permitting. Rain, thunderstorms, high winds, excessive heat or other unsafe conditions may require changes in accordance with the weather terms outlined in your client agreement.

Food, cake and beverages are not included in the standard picnic experience and may be provided by the client. Food presentation or additional serving décor may be available as an add-on when arranged in advance.

Lia Ever After LLC provides the furniture, place settings, décor, styling, delivery, setup and breakdown included in your selected package. Standard-height tables and chairs are available by request and may require an additional fee depending on the setup selected.

Travel within 20 miles of Wallingford, Connecticut is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside our included service area.

A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
