Our Outdoor Movie Nights combine a large inflatable screen, projector, comfortable lounge seating, blankets, pillows, rugs, lanterns, and styled décor to create a movie night that feels like an event—not just a movie.

Perfect for birthdays, tween and teen parties, family movie nights, date nights, graduations, and special celebrations, each setup is thoughtfully styled to create a comfortable, picture-perfect atmosphere right in your own backyard.

A Movie Night Styled Just for You

Movie night doesn't have to mean simply putting a screen in the backyard.

Choose a color palette or theme that fits your celebration, and we'll create a coordinated setting filled with comfortable seating and thoughtful details. From birthdays and tween celebrations to family nights, date nights and special occasions, each setup is designed to make an ordinary movie night feel like an event.

How It Works

  1. Select your preferred date, event location, theme and estimated guest count.

  2. We'll confirm that your outdoor space can safely accommodate the setup.

  3. We deliver and completely style your Outdoor Movie Night Experience.

  4. Connect to Wi-Fi, choose your movie or favorite app and get ready for the show.

  5. Guests settle into their seating, blankets and pillows and enjoy the evening.

  6. We return for breakdown and pickup so you can simply enjoy the celebration.

Guest Count Policy

Pricing is based on the guest count provided at booking. Any changes must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.

If your guest count increases or decreases, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the final number of guests. Additional or alternate seating setups are subject to inventory and available setup space. The final balance will be based on the confirmed guest count.

Important Details

Outdoor Movie Nights require a safe, level and adequately sized outdoor setup area as well as access to electricity. Client Wi-Fi is required for streaming services. The client is responsible for selecting the movie and providing access to any required streaming account.

Because this experience takes place outdoors, all setups are weather permitting. Rain, thunderstorms, high winds or other unsafe weather conditions may require changes in accordance with the weather terms outlined in your client agreement.

A responsible adult must remain present throughout the experience. Lia Ever After LLC provides the equipment, seating, décor, setup and breakdown but does not supervise guests during the event.

Food, popcorn, candy and beverages are not included unless specifically added to your package.

Travel within 20 miles of Wallingford, Connecticut is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside our included service area.

A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
