Everything Your Guests Need to Create and Celebrate

Each Paint Party Experience includes:

  • Personalized canvas for each guest to keep or themed item (inquire for seasonal items)

  • Paintbrushes for each guest

  • Acrylic paint in coordinating colors

  • Paint palettes

  • Water cups for rinsing brushes

  • Apron or paint smock for each guest

  • Easel or canvas display setup

  • Self guided painting activity

  • Styled low-profile paint table

  • Comfortable floor seating, rugs and cushions

  • Coordinating themed décor

  • Delivery, complete setup and breakdown

Choose colors or a theme that fits your celebration, and we’ll create a coordinated paint party setting filled with thoughtful details. Whether it’s colorful and playful, soft and artistic, or completely customized, every setup is designed to feel special and inspire creativity.

How It Works

  1. Select your preferred date, theme and estimated guest count.

  2. We deliver and completely style the paint party setup.

  3. Guests enjoy the guided painting activity with adult supervision.

  4. We return for breakdown and pickup, leaving you with less to clean and more time to enjoy the celebration.

Guest Count Policy

Pricing is based on the guest count provided at booking. Any changes must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. If the guest count changes, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the final number of guests. Additional guest setups are subject to inventory and space availability. The final balance will be based on the confirmed guest count.

Important Details

Our paint parties are guided creative experiences. Lia Ever After LLC provides the setup, supplies and styling but does not provide professional art instruction in the selected package. A responsible adult must remain present and supervise all activities.

Food, cake and beverages are not included but may be provided by the client. Travel within 20 miles of Wallingford is included; additional travel fees may apply outside that area.

A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
